At NETUM, we stand behind the quality of our barcode scanners and POS hardware with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a comprehensive limited warranty. If your device is not meeting your operational needs, you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our technical support team via email or our contact form with your order number and the device serial number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Package Your Device

    Securely pack the electronics in their original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full credit to your account.

  • 3.
    Ship to NETUM

    Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
